Burgee Media has released a brand-new development update video for the upcoming Planar March update for Erenshor, offering players their first extended look at the largest expansion to the game’s endgame content since entering Early Access. The new video showcases massive raid encounters, dangerous new enemies, sprawling environments, and coordinated battles alongside Erenshor’s signature SimPlayers. Scheduled to launch later this summer, Planar March introduces a new era of progression for players seeking greater challenges within the game’s unique single player MMO experience.

Built around the concept of recreating the excitement of classic MMORPG raiding without requiring an online group, the update will introduce four full-scale raids featuring more than twenty bosses at launch. Players will journey into new planes of existence, face powerful foes with unique mechanics, and earn powerful new rewards as they tackle Erenshor’s most ambitious content yet.
The newly released footage highlights the scale of these encounters, showing large groups of SimPlayers working together against towering enemies in battles inspired by the golden age of MMORPGs. While traditional online raids often require strict schedules and coordinated guild groups, Erenshor’s AI-driven SimPlayers allow players to experience the thrill of large-scale progression at their own pace.
Since launching into Early Access, Erenshor has earned praise for its innovative approach to MMORPG design. Rather than relying on real players, the game populates its world with persistent SimPlayers that level, gear up, form parties, join guilds, and develop relationships over time. These simulated adventures create the illusion of a living online world while allowing players to enjoy the experience entirely offline. The upcoming Planar March update represents a major milestone in Erenshor’s ongoing development, expanding both the game’s endgame systems and the scope of its simulated MMO world. Additional details about raid mechanics, rewards, progression systems, and future content will be revealed closer to launch.
Players can watch the new development update video now and wishlist or purchase Erenshor on Steam.
