Mario Balotelli 85

Radja Nainggolan 86

Belgium’s temperamental firecracker also gets his first special card of FIFA 19, for a match-winning goal in Inter Milan’s Serie A clash against Sampdoria last Sunday afternoon. Rated 86, the card is incredibly well balanced, with 77 pace, 83 dribbling, 84 defense, 84 physicalities, 80 passing, 81 shooting.
