Candy Crush Saga Launches the Emoji Movie Levels!

Candy Crush Saga is set to make its big screen debut this summer as it features in a standalone scene in The Emoji Movie, coming to the big screens on Friday 4^th August.

King, a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile world and the creator of the hit mobile game, will be launching The Emoji Movie Levels in the Candy Crush Saga game, making the deliciously sweet scene from the film playable on mobile.

King is preparing to launch a new live OP in Candy Crush Saga to celebrate its big screen debut in The Emoji Movie released in the UK on Friday 4^th August. For a limited time only, King are making the scene from the film playable on mobile with the launch of The Emoji Movie Levels in the Candy Crush Saga game.

These movie-inspired in-game challenges have been inspired by Candy Crush Saga’s appearance in the film, where Gene, the movie’s main character, gets stuck in the game board and needs to be swiped to freedom.Candy Crush Saga players will need to deploy their sweetest moves as they swipe and match their way through five challenging levels to help Gene escape to the bottom of the game board. A selection of sweet rewards will be up for grabs for players who succeed in setting Gene free.

Players should look out for The Emoji Movie icon on the map of the Candy Kingdom to access the levels. The live OP will be available over two weeks for a period of 48 hours – on July 27th, 28th, and August 3rd, 4th, on iOS, Google Android, Windows and Amazon.
