Maid Of Sker Coming to Next-Gen Consoles Next Week

Wales Interactive have today announced the release date for the next-gen enhanced version of Maid of Sker.

Maid of Sker will be released for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X on May 26th. Specific next-gen console features include:

PlayStation 5

FPS Challenge Modes
4K 30 FPS & 1440p 60 FPS modes (Fidelity/Performance)
DualSense haptic feedback. Better footsteps, gunshots, bumping into things, healing etc.
DualSense Adaptive Triggers. Used on different guns, including phonic modulators.
Has different strengths, how hard it is, when it releases etc.
Improved texture resolution
Quicker loading times. 1s on PS5, was 10-15 seconds on PS4 and 3-4s on PS5 with backward compatibility

Xbox Series X|S

FPS Challenge Modes
XSX – 4K 30 FPS & 1440p 60 FPS modes (Fidelity/Performance)
XSS – 1080p 30fps
Improved texture resolution
Quicker loading times
