Windjammers Coming to Switch This Year

Although Windjammers has already been released on the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita, Dotemu have today announced that it will be getting a Nintendo Switch release later this year.

Disc-throwing enthusiasts will love Windjammers as it features five game modes for players to compete in. These include Arcade, Infinite, Local Versus, Online Quick Match & Ranked Match.

There are six radical characters to master, each with their own unique skills and super throws, competitors will have plenty of options in honing their jammin’ across six vibrant arenas.

It was first released back in 1994 on the NEOGEO arcade system where it earned a loyal following spanning decades and it seen as the perfect game for the Nintendo Switch.

On this episode of Hype from Outer Heaven, join Kyle and Brandon (Prince is off on his travels and Caleb couldn’t get out of work for this one) as they re-visit one of their most formative movies from their childhoods; Joel Schumacher’s excellent 1987 black comedy, vampire flick: The Lost Boys.

Pulling in over $32 million against a $8.5 million budget, The Lost Boys was a commercial and critical success when it released in 1987, spawning multiple sequels and developing one hell of a cult following over the years, making the film one of the most revered vampire movies to ever come out of Hollywood.
